In Sassari at the Market I have seen Sardinian Pastas for .80 Euros. Can
someone tell me of Product name and addresses? I would also like to find them in New york. philadelphia, or New Jersey.

Also, I have been hand rolling thanks to TP.

If I recall well, you can purchase "malloreddus" at Grace's Market or at "The Vinegar Factory" in New York City.
Also, I think I've seen 'malloreddus' for sale at some Amish Market in the city. Maybe the one by the United Nations (either 44th or 45th street and 2nd avenue???)

Not sure about PA or NJ.

Is your book out in the stores yet?
Can you show us the cover.....and send each one of us a copy???

yes teak! in the DVD you can see how to make the malloreddus . did you try ? we are waiting for ziama ,to know where to buy in NY
did you come in Sardinia this year?

PS: avevo mandato un DVD a teak dove c'è spiegato come si fanno , credo si riferisca a quello.

Sta cercando i Malloreddus da comprare anche in America ... Teak appena arrivano le nostre Americane .... ti sapranno dare qualche dritta !
